-Please make your booking in the name listed on your passport.

-Passports are required to enter Italy and must not be within 6 months of the expiration date. 

-Flight schedule will be released in February 2026.

-If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attentions to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Rome, Italy on September 5th, 2026.  You should also schedule your departure flight from Florence Italy on September 11th, 2026.

-We suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Rome by 4 p.m. You may schedule your departure flight for anytime you choose.

-Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. 

-Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

Payment Plan Details

• When making your reservations, you will automatically be entered into an auto payment plan. You will have the option to opt out and make manual payments. Please note that when opting out of automatic billing, you are still required to make a monthly payment of at least $150 per person to keep your reservation current.

• After two missed monthly payments, your reservation will be cancelled. 

• If you choose any of our payment plan options, payments are even divided based on the date you book your trip.You can make partial payments at any time.

-We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect the investment of your trip!

Things happen and even airlines give you a refund within 24 hours. So, we will refund your deposit  up to 72 hours after booking. Beyond that, it is non-refundable.

-ALL payments to Jaunts and Gems Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Jaunts and Gems Travel has contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This helps to keep the package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip. If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds. 

-Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 30 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to current occupancy and price will change. 

- If your roommate cancels their trip, you will have the option to find a replacement, or move to current occupancy package.
