Payment Plan Details

• When making your reservations, you will automatically be entered into an auto payment plan. You will have the option to opt out and make manual payments. Please note that when opting out of automatic billing, you are still required to make a monthly payment of at least $150 per person to keep your reservation current.
• After two missed monthly payments, your reservation will be cancelled. 
• If you choose any of our payment plan options, payments are even divided based on the date you book your trip.You can make partial payments at any time.

-Passports are required to enter Portugal and must not be within 6 months of the expiration date. 

-If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attentions to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Porto Portugal (OPO) on November 16th, 2024. This means you must fly out of the United States on November 15th, 2024. You should also schedule your departure flight from Lisbon, Portugal (LIS) for November 22nd, 2024  

-We suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Lisbon by  4 p.m. You may schedule your departure flight for anytime you choose.

-Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. 

-Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
