You must have a passport to travel to Dubai – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page

1. Choose Your Package Dates- We plan the trip based on the dates you choose. Once the deposit is paid, you can change your dates up until your accommodations are booked. 

2. Pay Deposit- You can pay for all travelers or each traveler can pay on their own. Once your deposit is paid, you will receive 3 accommodation options to choose from. We book your accommodations once we've received the deposit for each traveler attending the trip.

3. Choose your Payment Plan- We offer a fully customizable payment plan for each traveler. You'll work with your assigned travel advisor to make any updates or changes. Your final trip payment will be due 30 days before your departure.

4. Travel Time!- It's time to take your trip! We provide full support during your trip to ensure a memorable travel experience.

Things happen and even airlines give you a refund within 24 hours. So, we will refund your deposit  up to 72 hours after booking. Beyond that, the deposit is non-refundable. 

• While all deposits are non-refundable, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice if you're over 60 days from your trip date. 
• If you’re over 60 days away from departure, you can switch to a different trip destination. We will work with you to get your trip funds transferred to the new destination. 
• Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
