Nestled in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas offers a serene escape that feels worlds away from the city's energy while placing you just steps from its finest dining, shopping, and entertainment. As one of the few luxury, non-gaming hotels on the Strip, the Waldorf Astoria is known for its elegant accommodations, exceptional service, award-winning spa, and peaceful atmosphere. It's the perfect setting for the Circle of Sisterhood Retreat—a place where we can slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful moments together while enjoying the comforts of five-star luxury. Here, every detail is designed to help you feel refreshed, inspired, and cared for from the moment you arrive.

Booking Your Hotel Room

Once you've registered for the retreat, you'll receive the link to reserve your hotel room at the discounted retreat rate in your confirmation email. Upon booking you'll be required to place a deposit equal to 1 night and the remainder of your balance will be due upon checkout of the retreat. Hotel cancellation is available until 2 days prior to the retreat.

Room types and availability are limited so book as soon as possible to guarantee the room you'd like!

When making your reservations, you will automatically be entered into an auto payment plan. Retreat Registration is due in full no later than May 15th, 2027.

We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect the investment of your trip!

Things happen and even airlines give you a refund within 24 hours. So, we will refund your deposit  up to 72 hours after booking. Beyond that, the deposit and retreat payments are non-refundable.

 If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds.

1) Can my husband or boyfriend attend any of the workshops or activities? 

All "retreat" activities are for women only. Your male guests are welcome to enjoy all other hotel amenities while you are "retreating" with your new circle of sisterhood community. 

2) Can I invite friends or members of my bookclub?

Yes. This retreat is designed for you to come with existing friends, family, or bookclub members, OR you can come alone to meet new friends. You will not feel alone within the Circle of Sisterhood. 

3) What time should I arrive in Las Vegas?

We suggest attendees arrive by 3 p.m. to have a chance to get settled at the hotel and prepare for the Welcome Reception

4) When should I leave Las Vegas?

The final retreat event ends Saturday afternoon so you can plan to depart Saturday night or anytime on Sunday.

Dr. Cynthia Raines holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and two master's degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. She is licensed as a professional counselor in New Jersey and Florida.
